  • Uniform Black specialises in mens wedding bands, nothing more. Trading via not only an online store, but a by appointment showroom and workshop in Melbourne allow you to sit down with not only the founder of the company, but more importantly the maker of your ring to customise your wedding ring in every aspect. We will go through every variable from shape, width, thickness and metal down to the fraction of a millimetre.

At Uniform Black, we don't stock third party brands of wedding rings. Every design we create is unique to us and more importantly unique to you. Our fundamental difference, is that we are designed from the ground up to be a ring brand, direct to the customer. We’re not a jewellery shop. We don’t change watch batteries, sell bracelets or repair earrings. Our laser focus is on the gentleman's wedding ring experience, and we aim to be the best.

Our rings are entirely bespoke with an ethos of good design, durability and timelessness. Drawing inspiration from the design greats like Dieter Rams and Ludwig Mies van der Rohe, our designs are generally minimalist in nature with clean lines and a lack of the superfluous.

Each ring is crafted from the raw material in-house from beginning to end giving us total control over the lead times (in some cases we have made rings overnight for urgent clients) because we're not just ordering it from a wholesaler. Even our ring boxes are machined from a solid block of aluminium. Our consultations are low pressure, with on the spot quotes and transparent pricing in a relaxing, private atmosphere.
